In 2003, he released his solo album "Kaze no Sumu Machi" (The Town Where the Wind Lives) under Victor Entertainment, which was highly praised both at home and abroad. The song has been loved for many years, especially in China, and has been covered by many artists. The title track "Kaze no Sumu Machi" is still popular today.
The word and music unit "Luna Luna" creates songs for elementary school choirs (for half-coming-of-age ceremonies, graduation ceremonies, choir competitions, etc.), as well as songs related to childbirth, childcare, school lunches, home music classes, and other parenting-related topics.
He has released many CDs focusing on the erhu as well as piano albums in Japan through King Records and in China through Xing Wai Xing Music.
In the summer of 2023, he toured eight cities in China (Shenzhen, Guiyang, Shanghai, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, and Zhengzhou) with erhu player Gan Jianmin and koto player Maruta Miki.
